Request access to IMAP by submitting a Help request. Prior to setting up your Shared Email account, you need a personal Exchange or IMAP account set up for your email. If you want to use Apple Mail, you'll need to configure it for IMAP. If you encounter issues during the setup of your email on Outlook 365, we can assist you with this. Just click Done and your account will be added. If your details were correct, you will now be presented with the screen below. Also ensure you have selected IMAP as the Account Type then click Sign In again. Enter the details shown below into the Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server sections as shown below. You will then be prompted to enter further details to verify your account by entering further details. On the next screen enter your account details and hit Sign In. Upon selecting this, the options will change, and you will be able to select Mail account. On the next window there will be an option for Add Other Account. Now that you’ve created your mailbox, you’ll need to set it up in Mac Mail so that you access it without having to log in to webmail.
